Internship Program Associate
  • Warehouse (Weeks 1 - 3 )

    • Learn warehouse logistics including shipping, receiving, and stocking.  

    • Fill orders to meet delivery schedules, support counter sales associates, and gain wire management experience.  

    • Begin your Summit training and discover more about how we operate.  

  • Counter (Weeks 4 - 11 )

    • Continue to build your product knowledge during counter sales training.  

    • Assist customers face-to-face.  

    • Work alongside counter sales mentors and perform special assignments.  

    • Continue your Summit training.  

  • Inside & Outside Sales (Weeks 12 - 13 )

    • Move to inside sales as a customer service representative.  

    • Use your product and sales experience to explore new industrial and commercial business opportunities.  

    • Attend outside sales calls with account managers and shadow the project quotations team.  

    • Speak with your operations manager and service center manager about future opportunities.
