Adrian Montoya has been an integral figure at Summit Electric Supply since he began his journey with the team in 2002. The breadth of roles he’s occupied over the years showcases both his adaptability and unwavering commitment to Summit.

Beginning his career as a Warehouse Shift Supervisor, Adrian steadily climbed the ranks, taking on roles such as Customer Service Representative, Account Manager, Operations Manager, and Service Center Manager. His leadership in these positions led to his appointment as Regional Vice President for the Southwest region in 2022.

Today, Adrian serves as Vice President of Operations, where he oversees company-wide operational strategies and performance. His focus on continuous improvement and customer service excellence plays a key role in shaping Summit’s operational success.

Adrian earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of New Mexico.
