Cooper Crouse-Hinds Wins Top Honors at SUMMIT’s 2nd Annual MVP Ceremony

AUSTIN, Texas – At its second annual MVP (Most Valuable Partner) Ceremony, Summit Electric Supply recognized Cooper Crouse-Hinds as its “Most Valuable Vendor of 2006.”   Winners in five other categories were also honored at the event, which took place February 19 at the Barton Creek Resort.

  • Cooper Crouse-Hinds also scored in the category of “sales support”;
  • Sylvania was honored in two categories, “marketing” and “purchasing and administrative support”;
  • In the “best new product” category, Southwire’s MC-AP was awarded;
  • And in the category of “rep of the year,” regional winners included Texas Lighting Sales, Enhanced Electrical Sales, Convergent Systems Group, and General Power and Control Corporation. Congratulations to all winners!

The ceremony was attended by more than 225 key vendor partner representatives and Summit Associates, including Account Managers, the Executive Team and all 20 Service Center Leaders. Summit President and CEO Victor Jury Jr. and Vice President-Inventory & Supplier Relations Rod Gowen conducted the awards ceremony.
