Customer Service Starts with Training
Our product knowledge is unsurpassed: Summit sends associates through the National Association of Electrical Distributors’ three-tiered Electrical Products Education Course, known as EPEC. We have a higher percentage of EPEC Gold level graduates among our associates than any other electrical distributor in the nation.
We created Summit University, our own 1,000-course education portal, and associates are encouraged to participate in manufacturers' product training opportunities that are offered online, at Summit locations, and at manufacturers' sites.
