SUMMIT ONSITE (SOS®)
Summit has been successfully managing on-site inventory requirements for our Customers for many years now through our Summit OnSite, or SOS®, warehouses.
Summit's SOS® warehouses are highly mobile and were designed to hold varying amounts of inventory. All have self-contained electrical power, phone, fax, HVAC and computers. They are outfitted with shelving, racks and a counter area. SOS® trailers are mobile for easy relocation with no outside phone lines or power required.
To efficiently and accurately management of our SOS® warehouses, Summit developed custom software. Through the use of our custom software, we can accurately track the inventory consumed from the trailer, transmit inventory information to Summit, provide timely replenishment, accurate billing and reporting, reconciliation of inventory and much more.
