Customized billing

Customers can elect to receive invoices daily or one summarized invoice of all individual deliveries over a specified period of time (weekly or monthly).

Customer Part Numbers

Summit can load a customer's internal part number as a cross reference to Summit's part number. All sales documents will include the customer part number along with manufacturer part number and extended description. This helps customer in receiving and reconciling invoices.

Bar Coding

Summit can also print bar-coded, item labels for all customer part numbers. This can be useful to manage a customer's shop or consignment location. The customer copy of delivery receipts, as well as packing labels, can also be bar-coded with the customer's purchase order number.

Custom Order Fields

Customers can request custom fields to be required and captured for each sales order. Examples are employee number, badge number, or additional purchase information text.
