Locate and purchase material worldwide
Inform Customer of logistical concerns — shipping, customs requirements, special payment requirements
Coordinate warehouses and/or job-site trailers in country
Handle special payments/financing — wire transfers and letters of credit
Coordinate plant visits/inspections
Coordinate dock or on site inspections
Provide export packing as required
Provide export documentation as required — Certificate of Compliance, Certificate of Origin, NAFTA Certificates and Drawings
Expedite and track material — provide open order reports and sales summary of projects
Manage material both domestic and foreign |
