Summit University offers a fast track to success. This on-line learning management system helps associates new to the electrical industry quickly get up to speed on fundamentals of electricity, essential products and customer service - enabling them to be successful in their jobs.

EPEC is a recognized professional achievement. Summit is a strong supporter of the Electrical Products Education Course, offered by the National Association of Electrical Distributors.

Completion of the course is known throughout the electrical industry as a standard of professional achievement. Summit pays cash incentives upon successful completion of each of three course levels, bronze, silver and gold.

While associates must be approved to participate in EPEC, all associates are required to go through NAED's "EDGE" program of introductory electrical principles with 90 days of hire.
