Export Customer Service Representative
Houston, TX
A CSR is primarily responsible for assisting Summit's customers over the phone or internet with Summit product questions, quotations and orders. Exceptional service to external and internal Customers is critical to success of a qualified CSR. Discretionary authority is used frequently to determine and provide Customers product pricing, negotiate pricing with Suppliers, purchase materials specific to Customer orders and maintain service standards. Additionally, CSRs must effectively partner with Counter and Warehouse Associates or other Summit team members as needed to maintain levels of excellence throughout Summit.
It is preferred that the applicant be bilingual and have export experience. The minimum experience required is 5 years in the electrical distribution field.
