Monthly Incentive Plan
Associates in most positions are part of an incentive plan that provides monthly additional income, based on their location's profitability. The plan is designed to encourage associates to increase profits and decrease expenses since individuals directly benefit from a successful month.
Medical Benefits
Summit provides a generous medical benefits package that includes a prescription drug card and prescription mail order service. The medical plan gives associates the freedom to select the doctors and medical professionals they are most comfortable with.
Dental Plan
Summit provides a plan which covers dental services and treatment for associates and their dependents.
Vision Plan
Summit offers a voluntary vision plan for associates and their dependents.
Flexible Benefit 125 Plan
The Flexible Benefit 125 Plan allows you to save on taxes by making program allocations to pay eligible expenses tax free. Eligible expenses include medical insurance premiums, dependent care expenses, health care expenses and over-the-counter medical care items.
Vacation and Personal Time
Summit provides associates with generous vacation and personal time programs.
Direct Deposit
With Summit's direct deposit, associates have their paychecks deposited in the financial institution of their choice, eliminating the need to stand in line at the bank. Summit can deposit to any bank or credit union and to any account, including Christmas and Vacation Clubs.

Long Term Disability Insurance
Summit provides long-term disability insurance in the event of an unexpected accident.

Celebrating 10 Years of Service
Each year, Summit proudly recognizes those associates who have been with the company for 10 years by awarding them with an anniversary ring. On the 15th, 20th and 25th years, diamonds are added to create a magnificent ring which celebrates their successful years of service.

Summit Electric Supply is environmentally conscious and has an active recycling program for aluminum, cardboard and paper.
