Summit provides a plan which covers dental services and treatment for associates and their dependents. As a self funded plan, Summit associates have the ability to select the dental professional which is right for them and their family.
Summit offers a voluntary vision plan for associates and their dependents. Through VSP, associates enjoy personalized care, full access to the VSP doctor network, great savings on eye exams and eyewear and discounts on laser vision correction.
Flexible Benefit 125 Plan
The Flexible Benefit 125 Plan allows you to save on taxes by making program allocations to pay eligible expenses tax free. Eligible expenses include medical insurance premiums, medical co-payments, dependent care expenses, health care expenses and qualifying over-the-counter medical care items.
Associate Assistance Hotline
Summit strives to provide a safe, efficient work place. We provide all associates and their families with access to a HELP HOTLINE which can provide assessment, counseling and referrals for problems related to drug and alcohol abuse. This service may be accessed, free of charge, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
