Manufacturers' Training Gives Product Knowledge Advantage
Our associates receive frequent manufacturer training on site, online, and at manufacturers' schools.
Local "lunch and learn" programs are held at Summit locations. Manufacturers' representatives train on new and changing products in an informal setting. Those training sessions are often open to customers as well.
Our associates also have access to about 1,000 online courses from manufacturers through Summit University and regularly attend manufacturers' schools where they learn the intricacies of a supplier's product line.
Associates are encouraged to participate in manufacturers' product training opportunities at Summit locations, online, and at manufacturers' sites.
