Summit Electric Supply has opened a new service center in Victoria, Texas. The company’s new gulf coast operation services a broad range of customers, including industrial; maintenance, repair, and operation; and commercial.
The Victoria service center opened on May 1, 2013 and is now Summit’s 23rd location and the fifth service center uniquely positioned to service the Eagle Ford Shale. It is located at 512 Hartman Road and is under the direction of service center leader Ted Mendoza, who also manages Summit’s Corpus Christi and Kenedy, Texas locations.
Service to surrounding communities will be provided via delivery routes to Halletsville, Cuero, Yoakum, Goliad, Shiner, Edna, Sheridan, Ganado, El Campo, Port Lavaca, Palacios, Seadrift, Refugio, and Port O’Connor.
Victoria service center customers will receive Summit guaranteed services that ensure quick and accurate order filling. The 30-Second Counter Service Guarantee® says customers will get service within 30-seconds or they’ll receive a Summit Buck® worth a $5 credit on their purchase.
Similarly, the 20/20 Will Call Guarantee® says phone-in orders will be ready in 20 minutes or customers get a $20 account credit. The service center is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and also provides 24-hour emergency service. It is fully stocked with name brand electrical products for industrial and commercial applications. Brands include Eaton, Crouse-Hinds, Panduit, 3M, Milwaukee, Cooper Lighting, and more.
