THE IMARK GROUP

IMARK GROUP, Inc. is a member-owned marketing group made up of over 180 independently owned electrical distributors throughout the United States. Member companies serve their local Customers at 984 branch locations. With over $6 billion in combined sales, IMARK Group members represent the second largest electrical distribution entity in the United States.

These electrical distributors are joined by over 100 of the industry's finest electrical manufacturers to form one of the largest and most influential electrical groups in the nation.

Summit joined the IMARK organization with our Customers in mind. IMARK provides Summit with a substantial competitive advantage and substantially increases our value proposition with you, our valued Customer.

Today, Summit has grown to become one of the largest IMARK Group members. Our president and CEO, Victor Jury, Jr., is the Chairman of the IMARK Board of Directors for the 2004-2006 term.

IMARK Group, Inc. is headquartered in Oxon Hill, Maryland, and was founded on February 1, 1996 as the result of a merger between The Independent Electrical Distributors Group (TIED) and Western Independent Electrical Distributors (WIED).
