Q: Can I purchase from Summit online?
A: Yes…Summit has online ordering plus much more. Your company must have an open account at Summit which is in good standing. You can request a login and password and after your company approves usage, you will be contacted with login instructions.
Q: I want to check on the status of a login request for summit.com.
A: Email eCredit@summit.com or call 800-824-4400 and tell the receptionist you need to follow up on a request for a web login.
Q: I would like to open an account at Summit.
A: Download the credit application below. When completed, you can fax it to 505-348-3601 or scan and email to eCredit@summit.com.
Q: I need to talk with a sales person.
A: If you are unsure of which Summit service center is best for you, call 800-998-7800. You will be presented with the three Summit service centers which are nearest to you and you will be able to select which one you would like your call routed to. You can also review Summit’s Locations page for our service center map.
Q: I have some material for Summit to quote.
A: You can email your quotation to firstname.lastname@example.org. It will be reviewed and forwarded to the most appropriate sales associate. You can also review our list of service centers and contact one of them directly.
Q: I have a question about my account.
A: You can call 800-824-4400 and ask to speak to a credit associate or you can review our list of credit managers and contact the appropriate one directly. You can also email eCredit@summit.com.
Q: I’m looking for Summit Racing. Do I have the right place?
A: No. You can reach them at 800-230-3030.
